Specifically laser hair removal on the upper lip and chin area for women? What is the average cost for multiple treatments that will give guaranteed results, and how effective and reliable is laser hair removal?

I received laser hair removal on my bikini area at American Laser Centers which guarantees “no hair” after 6 treatments spread over about a year. I am very pleased with my results (i have had 5 out of the 6 treatments). I recently got a quote for my upper lip and they quoted me $450 total which includes the 2 yr guarantee.
