Electrolysis V laser hair removal?

I have been going to a local beauty salon for the last three years for hair removal, i was told by them that my skin was not suitable for lazer, i am a white female with pale sensitive skin and brown hair and they told me it would take two years to complete treatment and i was wondering would laser be a better option, or are they correct saying my skin is not suitible, they do not offer laser so if i change treatment they will lose my business

One reason might be the one you told but theres a possibility of your skin is sensitive to laser. Have they did any checking or something or just by seeing your skin they told laser won’t work.
The laser works on different ways you can find informations on that at www.beauticianworld.com/hairremoval/laser.html
If you haven’t tried the natural ways mentioned here try it first

Hair removal…laser and electrolysis?

I was wondering if anyone has tried, or knows someone, or knows much about laser or electrolysis hair removal.

If you have, I had a few questions: Was it particularly painful? Which do you think is better? How much does it usually cost? Was it worth it? Does anyone recommend someone who does it…links would be useful. Also, Did it actually work?!?

I have also heard about home permanent hair removal kits…anyone heard of them…do they work and are they safe?…or just a con?

…Anyone know any other permanent hair removal things?

Here is a link to an informative article about a womans laser hair removal experience, I think you will find this useful in answering your question. ENJOY!

I have pale skin and brown hair

it depends what colour hair you have! if you have pale skin and dark hair the results will be better but if you are quite tanned and blonde then the results won’t be as good! Go to a specialist in laser hair removal they will give you a better explination. the treatment for laser hair removal lasts for 6 sessions, i think its one every month! Hope I helped!

Laser hair removal vs Electrolysis?

About 10 years ago, I got laser treatments for excess facial hair. I have fair skin and dark hair, so the treatment was supposed to be effective on me, but sadly all the hair grew back

Anyway, I’m looking to finally get rid of this hair once and for all and I’m wondering: Should I try electrolysis, or should I give the laser tratments another shot? I figure that maybe lase tratments have improved in the pat ten years, so hopefully it will work better, but I also don’t want to waste my money on something that won’t work.

Anyone who has recieved either tratments have any advice?

Electrolysis or laser hair removal?

I was wondering which one is more permanent and efficient?

Electrolysis or laser hair removal?

Roughly, many sessions of electrolysis would be required? How about laser hair removal?

laser hair removal is said to be permanent, but of course there are exceptions. Electrolysis, the hair usually comes back, if i were you, i would invest in laser hair treatment. The sessions required depends on how much hair you have and how much you want to get rid of.
